Artist: Jody Elff Artist Statement: Sound artist and technician whom lives in Brooklyn , educated at Berklee College of Music where he focused his studies on computer music systems andthe use of electronic instruments for sound design. Now Technical engineer for Engine 27 Jody was the audio engineer for Laurie Anderson\'s \"Songs and Stories from Moby Dick.\" Jody has continued to grow as an artist, having composed scores for short, documentary, and feature length films, as well as theater, television and dance. He performs periodically in a variety of musical contexts using both traditional and heavily processed guitar. He has produced and engineered recordings for children\'s radio, album recordings in jazz and pop music, and has become associated with Harvestworks (a long time home for experimental music and art in New York City) where he is a recording engineer and teaches classes in music software, audio technology and recording.
